Welcome to Nova Felix. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and products.

1. Overview

This site is operated by Nova Felix AS (org. no. 937 045 808), based at Langes gate 13, 0165 Oslo, Norway. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Orders

Custom products are handled directly by Nova Felix and invoiced manually.
Premade products are sold through Shopify and subject to their terms.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or pricing at any time without notice.

3. Payments and Shipping

For custom orders, we accept direct bank or digital payments as agreed.
Shopify orders use standard checkout and payment processes.
We aim to ship internationally, but delivery times and customs fees may vary and are the customer's responsibility.

4. Returns and Refunds

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are produced specifically to order.
For standard (non-custom) products, your right of withdrawal is governed by Norwegian law — see Section 5 for full details.
We do not offer exchanges. Please contact us with any concerns at enquire@novafelix.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

If you are a consumer purchasing a standard (non-custom) product, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).

To exercise this right, notify us in writing at enquire@novafelix.com within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products.

6. Warranty and Complaints

In accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), you have a two-year right to make a complaint (reklamasjonsrett) for any product that is defective or does not conform to what was agreed at the time of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects and damage present upon arrival — it does not cover damage arising during or after installation.

Due to the nature of ceiling installation (which typically involves screws or adhesive), installed products cannot be returned. In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement as our primary remedy.

If you believe your product is defective, contact us at enquire@novafelix.com with a description and photographs as soon as possible after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, product designs, and text — is the intellectual property of Nova Felix AS and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be resolved by Norwegian courts.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved between you and Nova Felix AS, you may contact Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority) or Forbrukerrådet (the Norwegian Consumer Council) for assistance.
